Just so you know. Although I’m not really a drinker, I took a few sips of alcohol 1 day after taking Flagyl. Face redness with severe nausea was very unpleasant.

I went to the doctors distressed and desperate for help. I felt completely at a loss and thought that no treatment would help. I had bacterial vaginosis with worsening symptoms. By the second day of using Flagyl, I had brain fog and strong fatigue, but the “fishy” smell began to weaken. The side effects were unpleasant, but not too disturbing. I believe it's just the price to pay for recovery.
